Project Support
Someone to run the thing so you don't have to.
Most projects don't fall apart because of bad ideas. They fall apart because nobody has time to chase the details, and the details are what actually make it happen.
That's the job. I take a project and keep it moving: building the timeline, tracking what's due and from whom, following up when things stall, and keeping everyone pointed in the same direction. You stay involved in the decisions that matter and stop being the bottleneck on everything else.
WHAT THIS USUALLY INCLUDES
Project timelines and scheduling
Being the point person
Vendor coordination and communication
Tracking deliverables and deadlines
Follow-ups and status updates
Budget tracking and reporting
Owners in the middle of something with a lot of parts: a menu relaunch, a renovation, a rebrand, a seasonal push, a move. This shows up most with restaurants, hotels, venues, and tourism businesses, but it applies anywhere a project has outgrown the time you have for it.
Who this is for
A NOTE ON VENDORS
Vendor coordination is part of this, not a separate service. Caterers, rental companies, photographers, production crews, contractors. If your project depends on people outside your team, I keep them on the same timeline so you're not stuck playing middleman.
ContacT
Let's get it moving.
Tell me what you're trying to get done and where it's stuck. We'll figure out what support would actually help.
