You've spent months planning this. Picking the flowers, negotiating with the caterer, building a seating chart three times. The last thing you should be doing on the day itself is answering questions about where the cake table goes.
That's my job. I take everything you've planned and make it happen, so you and your people can be fully present for it.

WHAT I'M NOT
I'm not a full-service planner and I won't pretend to be. I'm not picking your color palette or designing your tablescape. What I do is logistics: timelines, vendors, and making sure the plan you built actually happens the way you pictured it.
HOW IT WORKS
Most couples bring me in four to six weeks out, when the planning is mostly done and the coordination starts. We go through everything you've booked, I build the timeline, I confirm with your vendors, and then I run the day. Longer engagements are possible if you want help earlier.
