Wedding Day Coordination

So you can actually be at your wedding.

You've spent months planning this. Picking the flowers, negotiating with the caterer, building a seating chart three times. The last thing you should be doing on the day itself is answering questions about where the cake table goes.

That's my job. I take everything you've planned and make it happen, so you and your people can be fully present for it.

WHAT THIS USUALLY INCLUDES

Building your day-of timeline

Running point on the day so nobody calls you

Confirming details with every vendor beforehand

Keeping the timeline on track

Managing arrivals, setup, and load-in

Handling whatever goes sideways, quietly

Rehearsal walkthrough

Managing breakdown and end-of-night logistics

Who this is for

Couples who've done the planning and need someone to run the day. Also couples partway in who've realized it's more than they signed up for. You don't need a full-service planner to get real help.

WHAT I'M NOT

I'm not a full-service planner and I won't pretend to be. I'm not picking your color palette or designing your tablescape. What I do is logistics: timelines, vendors, and making sure the plan you built actually happens the way you pictured it.

HOW IT WORKS

Most couples bring me in four to six weeks out, when the planning is mostly done and the coordination starts. We go through everything you've booked, I build the timeline, I confirm with your vendors, and then I run the day. Longer engagements are possible if you want help earlier.

From one bride to another

Hi, I'm Katie, founder of Paper Moon Consulting. Before I was helping other couples plan their weddings, I was planning my own.

When I got married, I didn't hire a wedding planner. I wanted to plan the day myself, choose my own vendors, and stretch our budget where it mattered most to us. What I did have was a day-of coordinator, and I am so grateful I did. Because of her, I got to actually be present on my wedding day instead of running it.

That's exactly why I believe every wedding needs a day-of coordinator, even if it doesn't need a full planner. On the actual day, you shouldn't be the one checking timelines, cueing vendors, or solving the small fires that inevitably come up. You should be getting ready with the people you love and soaking in every minute.

That's the gap I fill. I'm not there to plan your wedding for you. I'm there so that on the one day you can't get back, you actually get to enjoy it. You only get this day once, and it moves faster than you think. Let me hold the details so you can hold onto the memories instead.
