Projects

Get the project out of your head and into capable hands.

Most projects don't stall because of bad ideas. They stall because nobody has time to chase the details, and the details are what actually make it happen.

That's the job. I take a project and run it: building the timeline, tracking what's due and from whom, following up when things sit too long, and keeping everyone pointed the same direction. You stay in the decisions that matter and stop being the bottleneck on everything else.

Sometimes that means bringing in other people, a designer, a developer, a photographer, and managing them so you don't have to. I'm not doing that work myself, and I'll tell you plainly when you need someone who does.

Project Types

Brand Development

Strategy and creative direction

Where your brand is now, where you want it to go, and who you need to get there. I run the audit, write the brief, bring in the right designer or photographer, and manage it start to finish. I'm not designing your logo. I'm making sure the person who does understands what they're building.

Systems Integration

Setup, build and training

New project management tool, CRM, booking system, or scheduling platform. I help your team decide how work should actually flow, build it out with the vendor to your specifications, and train everyone so it gets used instead of abandoned in a month.

Website Projects

Project Management

Whether you're building from scratch or updating something that's gone stale, someone has to drive it. I scope it, gather the copy and photos, manage your designer or developer, and keep it moving until it's live.

Photo & Video Shoots

Planning and day-of

Shoots have a lot of moving parts: location, styling, vendors, models, shot lists, and a schedule that has to hold. I plan it and run it so you get usable content instead of a long day and a lot of maybes.

Operations Support

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support for the business side: client communication, budget tracking, vendor contracts, scheduling, and reporting. Some clients need the day-to-day handled. Some need someone thinking about how the day-to-day should work. Most need both.

Business Transitions

Moving locations, opening a second site, bringing on a partner, or stepping back from the business. A lot has to happen in a specific order, and someone has to hold all of it.

Vendor Sourcing

What you're paying for, what you're actually using, and what renews next month that you've forgotten about. Or the other direction: you know what you need and don't have time to find it, compare it, and negotiate it.

Space & Workflow

Physical space, digital files, or both. Usually this starts as "my office is a disaster" and turns out to be about how work moves through the room, not where the boxes go.

How it Usually Starts

You tell me what you're trying to get done and where it's stuck. We talk through scope, I give you a clear number before anything begins, and then I run it.

Some projects are a few weeks. Some are a few months. Some turn into ongoing support once the first one is done.

What You Keep

A finished project, and a clear record of how it got there. Timelines, decisions, vendor contacts, and what worked. If you do something like this again, you're not starting from a blank page trying to remember who you called last time.

Got one in mind?

Tell me what you're trying to get done and where it's stuck. We'll figure out what support would actually help.
